How this works
Countdown shows days under 60 days out, weeks between 60 days and 6 months, months beyond that. Anything within 30 days, or overdue, sits on the Home tab of whoever it's assigned to ("Both" shows on both). Done moves an item to Completed and off Home; changing its due date brings it back. Completed items are purged 12 months after their done date. Click a date, note or "Whose" in the table to edit it. Saved in this browser (tb_v1_deadlines); the JSON export is the file to carry to another browser or phone.

Watched inside each fund (top 5)
How MIRA alerts work
Red: a dividend cut or a strong rumor of one; a credit-agency downgrade, negative watch or negative outlook (S&P, Moody's, Fitch, DBRS, KBRA, AM Best); bankruptcy or default; fraud or a regulator's probe; a fund liquidating or delisting; a sudden CEO or CFO exit; a guidance cut; a drop of 10% or more. Amber: headlines that only ask the question ("Is its dividend at risk?") and sharp drops with no size given. Green: dividend raises and special payouts, credit upgrades, takeover interest, raised guidance, a big jump. Wall Street analyst rating calls are left out on purpose, and so are law-firm "class action" notices.
Dividend data (from FMP): VICI, LTC, DOC and the companies inside JEPI, SCHD and PFXF are red on any cut to the regular dividend. Funds and closed-end funds are red on a drop of 10% or more, compared with the average of the last 3 payments for monthly payers and with the same payment a year earlier for quarterly ones. IDVO's foreign companies are compared with the same payment a year earlier at 10%, because the dollar amount moves with the currency. A special payout never sets the bar, and only payouts declared in the last 45 days raise an alert.
News: one Google News search per holding covering the last 7 days (Bing if Google refuses), through the Life-Hub worker. A headline must name the holding itself. Fox, OAN, Breitbart, Daily Wire, Newsmax, Daily Caller and similar outlets are left out.
Top 5: built-in lists for JEPI, SCHD, IDVO, PFXF (by issuing company) and CEFS, refreshed weekly from FMP if your plan includes fund holdings. Edit any list here; your edits are kept. JAAA and PIMIX are watched as funds only. Reds stay on Home until you dismiss them; amber and green drop off after 3 business days. Dismissals sync between your devices.
How the index is computed
Same method as MIE: each ticker's price divided by its first observed price in your MIE records, weighted by target, times 100. Base prices come from the imported backup; today's prices come from FMP on open. Quotes are delayed; change is from the previous close. Saved in this browser (tb_v1_mira, tb_v1_fmpkey).

Catching games in Manila
Manila is 12 hours ahead of New York in the fall (13 once the US leaves daylight time on Nov 1). So:
- 1:00 PM Sunday kickoffs land at 1:00 AM Monday — replay territory.
- 4:25 PM games are 4:25 or 5:25 AM Monday — early, but doable with coffee.
- Sunday Night Football is Monday morning around 8:20 or 9:20 AM. Monday Night is Tuesday morning, Thursday Night is Friday morning.
Streaming from the Philippines: DAZN carries the NFL there (NFL Game Pass International is the season product), and Blast TV is a free service that has carried NFL coverage via Premier Sports. Sports bars in BGC run watch parties for big games — add them to the watch-plan column as you find them.
Notes
Schedule seeded from the 2026 season data on Sep 6, 2026. Weeks 17 and 18 are set by the league in late December; refresh will fill them in. Refresh reads ESPN's public schedule feed. If that's blocked from a local file, the seeded schedule stays as-is and this note will say so. Watch plans and "watched" marks are saved in this browser (localStorage, prefix tb_v1_). No scores appear anywhere until you mark a game watched.

How the score works
Each row has a weight — workouts and meals count double, everything else single — and the day is the weighted total scaled to 10 (17 weight points across 12 rows, so a workout or meal is worth 1.2 and any other row 0.6). Yes/no rows: yes full slice, no nothing. Meals: green or skipped full, yellow half, red nothing. Snacks: none or green full, yellow half, red nothing. Wasteful spending: no full, yes nothing. Cigars: none full, one nothing, two minus a slice, three or more minus two slices. Drinks the same. Unanswered rows earn nothing until answered. Deductions only take from points earned — the day never goes below zero. Rows can be switched on or off in Config; the day is always out of 10 across the rows you keep. Bonus points (half a point per bonus done, see the Bonus card on Home) are added on top, so a day can go over 10. Calendar colors: 8 and up green, 5 to 7 yellow, under 5 red, blank if nothing logged. Data lives in this browser (tb_v1_daily). Export CSV before switching machines.

How this works
One list for both of you, sorted by last name. Search matches any field. Edit loads a row into the form; Save writes it back. vCard export opens in the iPhone Contacts app so a pruned list can go back to the phone in one go. Saved in this browser (tb_v1_contacts); the JSON export is the file to carry to another browser or phone.

What the numbers mean
Blood pressure (American Heart Association categories, for adults, taken seated and rested):
| Normal | under 120 and under 80 |
| Elevated | 120–129 and under 80 |
| High, stage 1 | 130–139 or 80–89 |
| High, stage 2 | 140 or higher or 90 or higher |
| Hypertensive crisis | over 180 and/or over 120 — wait five minutes and take it again; if still there, or with chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness, weakness, or trouble seeing or speaking, call emergency services |
Resting pulse: 60–100 beats a minute is the usual adult range. Below 60 is common in fit people and fine if you feel well. Above 100 at rest, repeatedly, is worth mentioning to a doctor. Above 120 at rest, or any rate with dizziness, fainting, chest pain or breathlessness, is a same-day call.
One reading is a snapshot; the 30-day average above is the better guide. This is general reference, not advice about your readings — that's your doctor's job.
